Western Isles/ Outer Hebrides

Located on the edge of Europe the island is easily accessible, you can fly to Stornoway in under an hour from Glasgow and from London in less than three. But by far the best way is to SAIL.

The Isle of Lewis is famous for its golden beaches, acres of wildflowers and abundant wildlife including, otters, eagles, deer, seals, puffins, whales and dolphins and the best way to see these is by sea. Click HERE to view FREE visitor moorings.

It is also home to the famous Callanish Stones, Harris Tweed and more recently the popular television series 'Castaway'.

Modern technology places the island firmly in the twenty first century however the pace of life is leisurely, gentle and the envy of many a visitor.
